Cancellation, Shipping and Return Policy
SonderCare will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. The refund will be calculated based on the full invoice amount, less the applicable Return Charge as shown below.
Refund & Cancellation Schedule

| Cancel prior to delivery | 4% processing fee |
| Return within 7 days following delivery — unused in original packaging | 10% restocking fee |
| Return within 7 days following delivery — unpackaged | 25% restocking fee |
Damaged Orders
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please note it with the delivery/installation team and email us as soon as possible at info@sondercare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and always work toward finding the most satisfactory solution for our clients.
